I have heard you can add tofu to different things for more protein. Has anyone ever used Tofu and how and what kind do you use? Does anyone have any suggestions or recipes that anyone can share? Thanks

I haven't tried it yet, but the nut. told me to try it cuz I dont like the texture of most meats so I dont eat them, and was still having problems getting my protien in so if you try it let me know how that works for ya lol

We need some good recipies for tofu. The only thing I eat it in so far is the Hot and Sour soup at my fav chinese resturant. YUM. Just had it last night.

Hey Jenny I decided to go looking for recipes to give a try and I tried this one tonight. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Tofu-Parmigiana/Detail.aspx I didnt want to put the whole recipe on here cuz I tweaked it a little and I read through all the reviews before i made it so that i would see some different ideas of how to make changes. I know i actually used spaghetti sauce instead of the tomato sauce. It actually isn't to bad, a little different but something i could get down. So you might read through it all and give it a try. I mean that tofu stuff is actually pretty cheap.
