Wednesday - Hump Day!

Good morning all! I hope you're all going to have a good day. It's payday for me, so I guess that's a good day. It's all for bills, lol, so no fun money, but I guess it's a necessary evil. I like having electricity and cable and such.  I got a little dog from the shelter last week, and the darn dog darted out the door Friday morning. I put an ad in the paper, and got two calls about him yesterday. He's still in the area. I really hope we find him. He is a good little dog. I am going to make some more fliers for mailboxes today. 

Good morning all. It's nice and rainy here this morning, go figure! LOL  Hope you find your dog, Linda.  That can be heartbreaking to a family. Finally go back to work today.  I don't know if I enjoy having 4 days off or not! LOL  I need to go to work, so I can get rested back up! Good morning all! Its a rainy day here today, but I want it to rain today. That sounds bad doesnt it. Well it is just that I am suppose to go to the dragstrip tonight for medical stand by and I hate the drags. They are so boring! But I require everyone to do 4 of them for the whole season and I feel I should to.  Our EMT class has their graduation celebration tonight, so that is all over....thank god! I have this god awful rash on my arms that itch so bad.  I dont know if its poison oak, sumac. I dont think its poison ivy because its just little bumps. It is driving me crazy. I have been putting anti itch cream on it and it isnt helping.  I have itched it raw.  My dad has some prescription itch cream that he had for poison ivy, im going to go steal it. Welp, other then that nothing more going on with me. Hope you all have a great day and send all the rain to me...lol!

Jenny, get you some Beaudreaux's Butt Paste.  It works so well for all kinds of rashes.  It is usually found in the baby aisle, and it is mainly used as diaper cream, but it is used for so much more!  I used it on chicken pox, and that was the best thing I could have dreamed of to help with the itch.  I used it on the girls when they were little, and it was the best.  I swear by it even to this day! It is thicker, so it stays on longer and helps with the healing quicker.  Hope this helps!

Good morning everyone! I got an early start at it today. I had to have a box ready to ship out & on the dock by 7 this morning so I got here a little earlier than normal. We'll see how the day goes on if it means I'll get out earlier too or not..lol.                      Best wishes tomorrow Carol!                      Jenny....I just read where listerine is suppose to be the next best thing to Cloud 9 when it comes to practically everything. Not much going on around here...I'm pretty wiped out from massive housecleaning on Monday (vacuumed upstairs, main level, and basement playroom), and mowed the grass yesterday.  It didn't hurt exactly, I could just feel it in my tummy muscles...never realized it before!  Today's 3 weeks out, and I'm down 17.2 lbs...feeling awesome, and seeing a difference in how my clothes fit, which is great.   Off to get my girls ready for the day, Emily graduates from preschool one week from tonight...I'm not ready!!

Going to see my PCP today I know he will be happy I weight 197lbs, he will tell me next month in 180's easy for him to say.I get my B12 shot  I not sure if it helps or not. Hi Everyone, Gosh, I have missed my friends here- going camping is fun- but no phone, no pool, no WIFI-geeze!  I love State Parks, but they aren't internet friendly. So anyhoo, I missed you!!!!  We had a great time- got fishing in(I caught more than he did!), DH made a few     campfires,did some stargazing, & RAIN  -UGH! We do a fist shakedown of the camper every yr, and of course something doesn't work- or runs out. This time, our toiaster was broken ( cheap- teaches me to buy better!) and we ran out of gas in one of the tanks. Luckly DH had filled the other one right before we left. We had the heat on every night, 46 & rain isn't fun!  But we made the best of it- you gotta love nature, and seeing God's handiwork.  Linda, hope you find your little doggie.How sweet of you to go to a shelter & get one.I bet the kids love having a pet- but there is alot of responsibility. My SIL dog loves to dart out the door- the chase is on!. Sears is working out for me so far. I just don't understand all of the technical details of mowers yet- ha!  So much has been going on here on the boards- best wishes to all of you new post-opts- the ride of your life has just begun!!!!!
