It's a Boy!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm home from having the baby.  I had him on tuesday at about 1pm.  He was 8 lbs and 1.6 oz, and 19 1/2 inches long.  We named him Nathan. It was a harder delivery than Gwyn (where I only pushed 8 minutes and she practically hopped out).  He was face up AND in the birth canal crooked.  My doctor was amazed that I was able to push him out at all, let alone in only about 20 minutes.  He was very bruised, and BOY were his fingernails long!  He had his poor little face all scratched up before I even got to see him all cleaned up.  The bruising is mostly gone now, and the scratches are all healing.  I was excited when I got home that I was back to my boobs sticking out farther than my stomach again.  But then, I realized just how far out THOSE are LOL.  I think I'll do just fine getting the pregnancy weight off, and will be back on track to goal soon I'm sure.

Congratulations, Darlin'!    What a big boy!   Can't wait to see pictures.   Give that sweetie a squeeze from me.

Dear Darrah & Family, I am so happy for you all,  a sweet baby boy  . I can't wait to see pictures !!! Wow  I haven't seen you in so long, and I loved the Christmas pictures of Gwyn. I wish you all the happiness a new baby brings. What did you name him? Give him a kiss from me, I miss ya !!!!

Good for you sweetie!!! Kansas City?? I forgot you were there... I spent 3 days there at the Holiday Inn on 45th and Main.. went to my nephews wedding and the reception was at the mansion...Darn I coulda called!!! Now you have one of each! and he was sooo big!!
