Monday!!!

I am sad, and thats why the topic has tears today.  We are getting ready to leave for Illinois in a few minutes.  I don't want to make this trip, because I will be leaving 2 of the most important people behind.  I am going to miss my babies terribly.  Please keep me in your thoughts today.  It is never easy dropping them off.  The girls and I had our "crying session" last night, but I KNOW I will bawl my eyes out again today.  It is going to be a quick trip, so rush, rush, rush.......thats going to be today alright. Good morning everyone! I am SO not ready for work today. With the electricity issues and all the extra running around that it caused, I am just so tired. Guess I'll get a little extra  tomorrow though with the endo & stuff. Now to just keep from while I'm here at work today!                                               LaChelle...I do hope the next few weeks fly by for you. I know how hard it is being without your little ones. Just stay busy and keep reminding yourself that this time of visiting is good for your girls. You all will get through it.                           Ellen...I hope all went well with the graduation celebrations.                                       Head's up...this Friday, Gail, Cindy Perry & I will be going to lunch at the Red Lobster on Thompson Rd (south side of Indy, east off of Meridian...1st light south of 465). Ahhh LaChelle My heart breaks for you, that would be hard for me tooo. Ill keep you in my thoughts. Today is my son Joes 25th bday and my son Andy graduates from 8th grade tonite. They grow up so fast dont they? Sherry again i wish i lived closer so i could hang out with you all. Today is a good day i lost 115 since my surgery. I love the numbers going down on the scales yesterday we got the pool opened and the boys loved it. Im still watching from the sidelines for awhile. Everyone have a great day and stay safe..

Good Mornin' Posse! What a beautiful mornin'! The sun is shining and the temp is good! I am sooooooooo ready for summer! Can't say I am ready for the storms though!   Suppose to have them all week! YUK!   Zach has a job interview today....Pray for him!  He really wants a job this summer...wznts to get some run around money....lol That is the issue with my EX....can't understand why Zach wants to not go to Texas for the summer...can he say 16 year old....friends...girlfriend...wants $$$$ so needs a job!  LOL Oh well...if I am in jail...come get me!!!!!!!!  If I don't send Zach down I am in contempt of court.  But Ex is too cheap to get a lawyer to go to court...lol   Lachelle....I DO know how you feel...been sending my sons to Texas since they were 10 and 16....for the summer. It's hard...but it is something that the kids need.  They need to make these memories. HUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGS and HUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGS and MORE HUGGGGGGGGGGS to you.    DANG IT.,...I can't wait till I can get down there to have lunch with y'all! I MISS that! Sure wish I lived closer....I might have to get a lunch date started for up here...y'all could come up sometime!  Hey Sherri...can you send me the info for the camp out at Hope's? Good Day Everyone!

What a weekend. It seems to have gone by so quickly though. Matt and Gage did the last of their practices to get ready for the Special Olympics Summer Games in Terra Haute for next weekend. I hope their ready. Lots of news coverage every year about this, so keep your eyes peeled to see if you catch glimpses of us!!

We cleaned the garage yesterday and organized things to get ready for the yard sale. We are in desperate need to have it. It's basically paying for our wedding due to cir****tances out of our control. Still have that stackable washer and dryer if anyone is interested. 

Bought Quinn a walker on Friday and he's been testing it out all over the house. He's so dang cute with that cheeseburger super grin he's got. What cheeseburger grin? Why one like this of course:


Gage started football practice at 6:30 this morning. I have to get up and take him there and pick him back up.. and... then Summer P.E. and then regular football practice.. and... I'm seriously thinking about getting him a scooter or moped or something. Anyone get a lead for me??? I need one cheap or a good one that I can make payments on.

Welp.. doc appoints this week. See Dr. Rouch today. She's my chemo doc. So I'm hoping all goes good. I see Dr. Smith tomorrow. He was my radiation doc. He's doing my check up physically and reporting it to Dr Sutton (that's the doc who diagnosised my cancer). Then I see Dr. Clark for a slight fill. I've gained 12lbs since chemo and radiation has ended... though I'm in a normal range.. I don't want this to get "out of hand" and I gain to much. Then I see Dr Ainhorn for pain management for my RSD. Then we head out for Terra Haute for the weekend so... I doubt I get to post much this week.

Oh... before I forget... got to make a call to set up a date and time towards the end of this month to do my wedding dress alterations and fitting.. and.. it would be really awesome to either meet some of you during or perhaps afterwards for a snack/meal (depending on the time). Anyone intersted?

Welp.... of I go.. Busy  Busy Busy!


Sherri - nice to see you back online. I almost called you last night to make sure you and Bill were okay.

LaChelle - super uber hugs to you. I couldn't stand to be seperated from my kids that long either.

Gail - thanks for the P.M. and yep make sure you bring your M.O.M! hahaha!

Good morning to all of loser friends. I hope that today is going good for everyone. LaChelle, I am sending prayers up for you while you have to take the girls. I know it is hard but just remember that they are going to enjoy themselves even though they miss Mom. They are going to be making memories that they will carry with them for their whole lives. Remember they will be back before you know it since we know how fast time goes. But just remember that tears are alright. Don't feel bad because you cry. God gave us the ability to cry for a reason and He sees those tears and He will help you get through the summer. Special love and hugs are going your way today along with the special prayers too. I am at the church office all week from 8 to noon. Today isn't to busy yet. You never know who is going to walk through the door though. lol I am all caught up with what has to be done first thing in the morning and Pastor isn't coming in today since he has another funeral this morning. That is going to be nice so I can visit here all I want. lol Nothing much going on at home today. I think I will do some house cleaning and then read a bit. I like those kind of days. It is nice and sunny here so I think I am going to read out on swing. I guess I should go since I am just going on and on. I am sending love and hugs to all. Prayers are being said for all and special ones for those in need. It is good that God knows all our needs. lol I couldn't remember them. Have a simply wonderful day and I will meet here later on.

Not really sure what me and the grandkids are going to get into today.  Yesterday we took the pedal boat out for about an hour then went swimming for the rest of the day. We are all a little sunburned today in spite of using protection.  Our pool is closed on Monday, can't say that I mind that today lol.  I think its suppose to rain most of the week while they are here so have to think up some plan B options for us.   LaChelle I know its never easy to be away from our children, but keep you chin up.  Maybe you can take on a project while they are gone to help pass the time.  Maybe pick something to do for them while they are gone so you feel close to them.  Do you sew at all?  I have lots of little girl patterns I will share with you.  I make my granddaughters pillowcase dresses in no time flat with matching hair bows they are always a hit with the girls.  

Good morning everyone! Been busy at work all ready this morning. Basically getting the beginning of the month stuff done, but I am done now. This weekend was quite eventful. Had my daughters birthday party on Saturday, then Sat. night we went to a car show. Both the kids stayed all night with friends Sat. night. Hubby had to work Sunday so I was all by myself Sunday until around 3pm.  It was actually pretty nice. I cleaned out my drawers and closet and got a trash bag full of clothes. I had trouble with a couple meals over the weekend. One was cubed steak that was cooked in cream of mushroom soup in the crock pot all day. I ended up throwing it up. I think I just ate it too fast and I ended up getting the foamies. Then last night I baked salmon and put an orange ginger sauce over it and I threw it up to. I think that I was eating too big of bites that time.  It is miserable to feel sick. My MIL is ticking me off, she says that I am too skinny and that I dont need to lose anymore weight. She says that I will look older quicker if I lose more....whatever!  I still want to lose about 14 more lbs. She just says that I am losing it where I dont need to lose it, oh well! Lachelle I am sending prayers your way. It isnt leaving your kids, but you all probably need it at this time.  Maybe some things can get resolved. Well, I am going to go catch up on the posts from over the weekend. You guys have a good day.

LaChelle, when my daughters were young, I cried the week-end they were gone  This brings back some sad memories, It was just the 3 of us growing up to together, I miss them so much. I have no doult they are gonna miss you too, And you know we are all here if you need talk or vent too. you are in good hands ( just like all state) we are here for you sweetie.
