3 FLIGHT OF STAIRS!!!

I MADE IT UP 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS!!!!!  That's 72 steps!!!  Granted, I was out of breath by the time I got to the top--but I still made it!!!   Six months ago, I barely could make it up one flight of steps, yet alone THREE!!!! I am so PSYCHED!! I told everyone in my office!! Yippee!!!

TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS 167lbs.

Hi,  You are doing great- these accomplishments are just as important as the weight loss, to me  atleast. Awesome- stupendous- great-congrats-way to go-!Hunter( my grandson) is helping me pick these-so hope you enjoy them! Blessings

Maddie, Congrats on the 3 flights of stairs!!! It is such a great feeling to be able to move our bodies again!! 6 months make a huge difference, huh!!! WTG!!!!
