need avitar help please

I'v tried to update my avitar but my pics I've tried to use are all too large and I can't figure out how to make them smaller. Can anyone help out this poor computer hadicaped soul?

Is that the way you feel? I would too so I let my husband do mine. I heard MommyLissa is good at it. Also if you use HP photo and imaging you can re-size the pixels of the picture that you want to use. Good Luck! Michelle
