One month check up today!!

Congratulations...sounds like your check-up went wonderfully well!
Yippee!! Your weight loss is awesome too! You are definitely off to a running start. This may sound funny, but I haven't even been on a scale--yet. I guess I'm a little afraid of what it might tell me, but I can tell a difference in how a few of my clothes are fitting...so that's definitely a plus. It's still hard for me to wrap my brain around the fact the scale is finally moving in the right direction. 
My checkup with Dr. Gupta is not until the 6 wekk point and I'll tell ya, I would be thrilled to have lost as much as you have already!
