Havent been on here in too long

Hi everyone, I haven't been on here in a long time. My life has turned upside down within the last few months. I'm getting a divorce and have moved to a different town and renting a house. That's the sum of it all. I am also getting back into my evil ways of looking towards food for comfort. grrr I am fighting off the demons! I hope that everyone had a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!! And a huge belated Thank YOU to my secret elf Linda- you lifted me when I needed it the most and you didn't even know it!!!

Sorry to hear about the divorce!! WLS changes us and the ones we love. My husband of 35 years thinks now that I have improved and he hasnt that I am going to go find someone else. He changed more than I did I think but who knows...

Did you know you can still find WLS friendly comfort food??? Get back on track this month and dont let this life change ruin all your efforts!!
