I believe this has been called the St. V Protein drink although there is no added protein powder.
4 cups 1% mil, lactose free milk or soy milk
+
1 cup nonfat dry milk
Flavoring as desired with extracts, sugar free syrups or powders, sugar free jello or pudding mixes, sugar free coffee flavorings, decal coffee, blended fruit or baby food fruit and artificial sweeteners.
This provides your daily requirement for protein plus provides 32 oz of fluid!
