Hoosier Accountability - Wednesday
Howdy! A bit of a weird eating day, and I didn't take a walk. BAD Jenny!
Breakfast - 4:00 a.m. hot Click. A little later, peanut butter and jelly on protein bread. Tastes better on white bread, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do!
Lunch - salad with cheese and bacon bits
Snack - a few light Pringles, no sugar added Klondike bar
Dinner - about 1/4 baked potato with butter and cheese
I might have a little Suisse Mocha coffee in a little while.
I need to get up from this computer and move a little, my back's aching! Got a lot done, though. So how was YOUR day?

I know the feeling Jeannie - had to go to a retirement luncheon in Columbus today. All they had that I could eat was the boiled ham lunch meat for sandwiches, so I had 2 slices ham, 1/2 slice swiss cheese, and about 5 bites of lettuce. We stopped at McDonald's on the way home.
AARRGGHH... although all I had was 2 fries, and the patty from a hamburger, it still wasn't my best choice, but it was something I could eat in the car.

Christie...you didn't do as badly as you think! It's the name "McDonald's" that makes you think you screwed up.
If you add up your calories for the day, I'll bet you're pleasantly surprised.
Did the hamburger go down okay? At your stage I always had trouble with dry meat like that; still do, sometimes. I got really sick on a Burger King burger with half the bread taken off when I was early out. Too bad you weren't near a Wendy's or Steak & Shake, their chili goes down well and is a great source of protein.
Don't beat yourself up, you're doing great!

The hamburger went down fine. Luckily, it was pretty fresh, and it had a fair bit of ketchup on it, so it wasn't real dry. I chewed and chewed on it too to make absolutely sure - after getting sick on stuck chicken about a week ago, I know I don't want to repeat that!
I threw the bread away - that was difficult - it was a nicely toasted, soft bun. But - no bread for me - It's 12 months out before I'm allowed any bread, and then it must be whole wheat.
