As Mom says"PEW-Protien first, drink lots of water & exercise- " and you'll do great!      I'm glad to got to meet you Sunday at the bowling event and the going away dinner for Sherri.  Your kids are so well behaved and adorable. I know you met lots of new faces just like I did.  I am the girl that sat next to Bill at the restaurant.   
    Good luck on your weight loss journey.  This is a great place to get support because we all have been where you are and struggled just like you. 
    Remember "3 times is a charm."  God has a way of speaking to us and giving us the answers we need.  I think you got your answer.  And you have taken the first step.  Congratulations and welcome to the group.
