Ok Where do I get one of those Century Card Thingy's???

WOoooooooHooooooooo!!!!  103 Pounds lost in 5 1/2 months!!! Somebody tell me where to get one of those Century Cards!!  Yeeeehawwwww!!!!

Don't know where you get that century card thingee, but WAY TO GO!!!! So proud of you. You are quite the inspiration!!
