Does anyone work for Commerce Bank and have UHC for insurance?

My daughter is looking into the Lap Band procedure and we were told today that UHC thru Commerce Bank has an exclusion on the policy for WLS. Just wondered if anyone had any success with this? Thanks for any comments!
