Yep! I just got home from the hospital after having the stricture taken care of. The only pain I had was from the nurse getting the IV started. Once they gave me the Demorol/Versed ****tail I don't know what went on. I just woke up and they made me drink a glass of water. After that I got dressed and came home.

Hey Buddha, Glad it all worked out for you and that they fixed you up. I had the Demerol/Versed ****tail when I had my IVC filter put in and taken out. It's a wonderful thing! Chris

Love that ****tail!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just woke up. I fell asleep reading everyones post's. Dr. Gelrud said to take it easy for the rest of the day and to not eat anuything solid ofr a day or so. Something about a cut he had to make???? So I came home and fixed a SF Strawberry shake, posted and fell asleep. Oh yeah I added protein powder to the shake. So I get to go back to work tonight. I was kinda hoping my lottery numbers would have came in so I could avoid that.
