NEED HELP FINDING A PLASTIC SURGEON!!!!!
Hey Jeri Lynn, I am having plastics at the end of the year for my arms and again after the first of the year for tummy tuck. My surgeon will be Dr. Stephen A. Schantz. He has an office in Lexington, but does his surgeries here in Georgetown too. I chose him because of personal experiences I have seen through many of my WLS friends having plastics with him. Hope this helps and good luck to you!!

Hi: I live in Louisville. I have had Breast Augmentation/lift with arms/brachioplasty and just recently had a lower body lift with lip with Dr. Marc Salzman. His website is www.itbecomesyou.com He is wonderful. Insurance usually will NOT pay.....if they do, it requires a lot of medical documenation of skin infections, etc.....and often takes going to boards to appeal, etc...and then, they usually only cover a panniculectomy, rather than the full TT with muscle repair, which is essential for post WLS patients. Choose someone who has a lot of experience working on post WLS patients. My surgeries...the first, breasts and arms, cost around 13000 forEVERYTHING, one night in the hospital, (which you may not need) plus all pre and all post op care. I never paid again to go in to see him for anything. Lower body lift with lipo and also some skin removed from my sides was 17K, including all pre and post op testing and care, and one night in the hospital. I love love love my plastic surgeon. His entire staff is so caring.....
You should check out the plastic surgery message board on this site too.
Good luck! Plastics is a wild, fun, crazy trip! K.
