Delores, Your weightloss is great. I think that every pound we lose is better than gaining and I intend to use this tool for my advantage. God gave us this miracle and I still find myself thinking this is all a dream but I keep on keepin on and I know I will end up healthier for the rest of my life. I still think of myself as weighing the 389 that I was on surgery day and I know I don't but I can't see the slimmer size for always seeing the big picture. Do you ever do this? I feel better than I've felt in years and look forward each day to see what changes take place that day. Happy Mother's Day. Take care. Susy.
