Topic: I got a terrific early Christmas present
I have lost 100.2 pounds from my highest pre-op weight!  I was hoping to get there by Christmas, and I couldn't wait any more to see if I made it.  I hopped on the scale first thing this morning and saw that magic number I'd been waiting for.

Next stop:  ONEDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That sounds wonderful!   Going to have to try it!  And I bet it would look cute in little individual christmas serving bowls too.  Hmmm......

I need to think outside the box a little when making desserts.

Thanks.

Leslie, I found a pumpkin mousse last year that I really like and am taking it to my sister's as a wls friendly dessert.  Made with 3 c. ff milk, 2 (1.5 pkg.) JELLO Vanilla ff, sf pudding, 1 (15 oz. can )pumpkin, 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice & 1 c. COOL WHIP lite or sugar free topping.  This comes from kraftfoods.com website.  It's light, tasty and satisfying.   60 cal. 3g proteing per serving.  Just a thought.

I originally was scheduled with Dr. Shina because I was impressed with his record but then I switched to Dr. David Geller.  Not only is he a great surgeon - my surgery was very fast - he has the best office staff as well...Celisse and Pam are the greatest.  They believe in you.  I don't know Dr. Shina's staff, I am sure they are great as well.  Dr. Geller is really nice and gentle and spends plenty of time with you - all that you need.  He is not in a rush.  I like that he talks to me and always tries to make sure I am following the path.  I also had outpatient surgery with him and it went great.  One other note, if I need to get in - they get me scheduled in....
Is the Norton meeting really this Thursday on Christmas Eve?  I thought it was cancelled this month...that would be really cool if it is still on...
