Thanks for the heads up. Not sure why the BA chewable vites make me get sick. Dr O definitely does not want me to get sick because my staple line is still new. He asked that I crush them and mix them in yogurt or applesauce. Yeah... that just doesn't sound good either. Someone mentioned liquid vites and I thought that might work for me. I can swallow big tabs, no problems. I will have to check out the brands you mentioned. I really need my vites!!!
PS how are you liking your Band? Is the after care with Dr Oldham good for the Band?? I have a few friends that I referred to him for the Band.

Why did I only drink half my protein shake. The whole shake would have been at least close to my carbs. But noooooooo. I at chips. Yes within my calorie range but once again not making the best of my calories. Why do I complain? It is so easy for me to snack more and do right less. If I don't complain the bad choices not only remain but increase. Journaling helps me to be accountable for my actions, positive or negative. Still full of grins and giggles so I guess things are going well. Food and appetite good but carbs are still high. Added cod liver oil as part of my vitamin regimin. My eating seems to be more in line with a person on maintenance. However I am trying to lose without my body thinking it is starving.
