Sunday was just too hot for me.  I fooled around and did not get my cardio done.  However this morning I am going into it early.  Hope all of you are doing well.

Good Morning KY,
The weekend is almost over.  If you went to any functions how well did you do?  It can be hard even if you prepare.  Have you wondered if you should eat before going or don't in case you can eat what you see?  Well I chose to eat protein before going to keep my appetite at bay.  I attended a wedding yesterday.  It did help.  The cake was not good so it did not lead me to stray.  However the punch was good and bad.  Good to taste bad for carbaholic.  Ate from the chocolate fountain but otherwise did well.  Surely I danced off some of those calories.  The following is my menu from yesterday.

R u beating the heat.  Eating lite helps you to keep cool. I take my vitamins early.  I drink water first thing in the morning and then later drink powerade zero, coffee and tea.  The start of the day style I use works for me.  Early morning exercise helps assure that I will exercise.  What works for you?

Still going strong.  Got my mind on board.  Only worked in garden this morning but did do 40 min of hip hop abs yesterday. I plan to get on treadmill tonight after it cools down. Have not turned on air yet.  Yes, I am drinking liquids, taking vitamins, eating my protein and exercising.  Will it work for me? Yes.  Will it work for you? Yes.  When I say work that means the weight will come off and I will lose inches.  Slowly for me but not necessarily that way for you.  Try it, you'll like it.

Topic: RE: Newbie Saying Hi
 Dr. Oldham and Weiss are excellent surgeons, just you don't ever see them again in aftercare.  Dr. Weiss did my lapband but I had problems and couldn't see him until the day he did my second surgery and I changed doctors and am glad that I did because I think you need a hands on doctor, but for the surgery itself you have a good doctor.

You need to ask him all the questions while you can because in the past you did not see him again unless you were seriously ill.  I have had no problems with my surgery but I have not been able to see him.  When you are told that, they stick to it.  He did my lapband.  I went to Jackson Purchase Hosp in Mayfield, KY.  The NP has changed so I don't know how Lori handles VSG.  Petra usually answers the phone and makes appointments.  She is great.  I think Dr. Oldham is a good surgeon.
Advice for jitters - Don't worry, be happy.  Think Thin.
