Topic: Sat. 5/14/11 - What Did U Eat Yesterday?
I'm still here.  Fighting late night snacks.  Though of another remedy besides keeping bad food out of the house.  Make room for the snack.  Save it for later.  You know you want it.  There are plenty of times that I don't have to eat all my allotted food.  If I would just save it for later, I'd be eating better.  Or I could just throw it away and wait to eat what I wanted later.  For me this could work. Man on man, when will I learn.  Eat a little today and too much tomorrow.  Glad the chocolate covered peanuts are gone, they sent me over the top last night.  You may ask, why were they in the house in first place.  Well, I brought them in to sabatoge myself. Made a deal with myself no more chocolate covered peanuts this year.  What about you?  What do you eat knowing its not a good thing?  When do you decide to stop?  Be truthful and ask yourself then try not to repeat the action.  That's my solution and here's what I ate yesterday.

When u ask ur self what you ate the previous day does it tell u about the day, your goals, glad or sad events?  It really can be a reflection of many things.  It is wonderful when it all goes just as you planned.  Sometimes when we look back we learn and improve on our choices. 
Journaling the days moods, plans and menu can really help.  Even writing down stressors.  You can find out why you stress ate or walked that extra ten minutes on the tread mill. 
Take time to keep track of what you did yesterday.  Here's what I ate, what about you?

Still gardening so I get my morning arm exercises but got dust on my treadmill.  I working up to it.  Still having late night snacks, yesterday got a little out of hand.  Otherwise doing my basics.  Loving this wrm weather, hating the gas prices. And it really is a good one.  Yesterday I ate correctly, drank more water than lately, took my vitamins.  Fell short on my exercising but still jumping for joy.  Looks like we r n for a little rain today but that will not keep me from my goal.  Don't forget, today is only FRIDAY, not a license to take a vacation from our good eating routine.  We do not work hard all week to sabatoge ourselves on the weekend. Here's what I ate yesterday, what about u?
