Man on man, when will I learn. Eat a little today and too much tomorrow. Glad the chocolate covered peanuts are gone, they sent me over the top last night. You may ask, why were they in the house in first place. Well, I brought them in to sabatoge myself. Made a deal with myself no more chocolate covered peanuts this year. What about you? What do you eat knowing its not a good thing? When do you decide to stop? Be truthful and ask yourself then try not to repeat the action. That's my solution and here's what I ate yesterday.

Still gardening so I get my morning arm exercises but got dust on my treadmill. I working up to it. Still having late night snacks, yesterday got a little out of hand. Otherwise doing my basics. Loving this wrm weather, hating the gas prices. Now that the water has gone down and I can go door to door, the gas prices came up. Oh well, guess my budget will get a little tighter, cause there's work to be done.

And it really is a good one. Yesterday I ate correctly, drank more water than lately, took my vitamins. Fell short on my exercising but still jumping for joy. Looks like we r n for a little rain today but that will not keep me from my goal. Don't forget, today is only FRIDAY, not a license to take a vacation from our good eating routine.
