Z., Read your response yesterday & you mentioned going on a cruise? We have been on 2 cruises & have one more planned, for May. I LOVE cruising! Eating right can be a challenge but CAN be done. Love having fuit, lean meat & cheese for Breakfast, light Lunch & a reasonable Dinner. On our December cruise, I spent time in the gym & really enjoyed it! If cruising is in your near future, hope you have a fabulous time. Now, as for Saturday:
B. 1/2 Fiber Plus bar, a 63 calorie, 9 carb Ranger cookie, 2 c. tea, later, Chai Tea Latte NF.
L. slice of spinach, bacon quiche (Cafe on Main St., Mt. Washington) 1/2 carrot/pineapple muffin
D. 1/2 c. chicken soup, very few noodles, 3 Ritz crackers, celery stick, 1tblsp. pnut butter
Snax. 1 fudgesicle (40 cal) 1 Yoplait Whipps, Chocolate (140)
WATER.
Swimming in the morning was my most exercise of day. Happy Week-end to All!
Well talking about carbs gone wild. Yeah they did. Remained under 100 but I did enjoy the day. Time is winding down so I will drink dieters tea to clean my system before traveling this week and I plan to workout a little extra to boost metabolism. The following is what I did, what about u?

Yesterday was the first time I've eaten an orange since surgery. It was so good. The carbs sent me into cardiac arrest but I've gotta add fruit to my menu before the cruise so I am trying to adjust my menu.Here's what I ate yesterday.

Lovin' the Saturday sunshine! On Friday, got a lot of work done around the house. Staying active & off the couch means getting some exercise, getting something accomplished, & generally upping my feeling better about me (which keeps me out of the ice cream). Friday:B. 1/2 slice wheat toast, 1 egg over light, 1-2 oz cheese (as you know, my favorite Brfst)
L. 1/2 c. homemade chicken soup w. 3 Ritz crackers
D. benedictine & chicken salad, but not together, maybe 4 oz. total on Ritz crackers, 3 oz. Wendy's chili w. sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese
Snack- about 4 oz. Frosty. earlier in day 1/2 orange
Feeling good, eating right, waiting patiently for scale number to drop...but not overanxious about it. HAPPY WEEK_END!!!! (Hey, there- what did YOU eat Friday?)
Jumping for joy can be great exercise! Congrats Z, on your continued weight loss- you go, girl! For me, Thursday went like this: B. 1 egg over light, 1/2 piece wheat toast, 1-2 oz. mild cheddar cheeseL. homemade chicken soup, 2 tbsp. benedictine spread on 1/2 piece of wheat bread
afternoon snack, 140 cal. Yoplait Key Lime Whipps
D. not much- 1/2 of small fish sandwich, just the fish & a little tarter plus a handful of sunflower seeds. Good meal at Frisch's for hubby & granddaughters, but I just wasn't hungry. Got in over 40 oz. water today.
Got in at least 40 minutes of exercise, most of it in pool. Hope everyone has a great week-end-

Still jumping on my lower carb menu but finding some slick spots out there and trying to beware of falling. Hope your Wednesday went as planned. Treadmill was interrupted several times but I got it done. As usual when doing right, vitamins and water consumed. Trying to switch up menu and forms of exercise too.
