Feelin' the love today as we are 1/2 way through the week. Tuesday was a pretty good day. 35 minutes swimming in the morning, 20 minutes brisk walking at the mall late afternoon with hubby. Exercise does a body good!Tuesday B. 1/2 piece Whole Wheat Toast, 1 egg over light, 2 oz. cheese, my favorite breakfast, hot tea
L. 1/2 c. Broccoli Cheese Soup, bite of green salad
D. Celebrated Valentine's Day at Mojito's on Brownsboro Rd. 2 gorgeous seared scallops with a couple Tbsp. hummus. bite of potato soup, 3 Reese's peanut butter cups for dessert.
Got in most of my water, but need to do better about getting it all in.
Happy Wednesday to all! I'm gonna try making some homemade chicken salad today- easy on the mayo.
Well I had a snack attack yesterday but kept it under control
. Got my vitamins, water and protein in but the carbs... oh my. Today's menu looks a little better and planning to stay on track. Wish I new how to know exactly the caloric count for the salted corn chips w/flax that I get at the Amish store but just used corn chips. Have a great day and do what you gotta do.Here's mine now tell me yours.

What a difference a day makes! Monday was a calmer day. Just a little exercise around the house ( made up for it on Tuesday) but a little better eating:B. 1 egg, over light, 2 oz. Mild Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 Whole Wheat Toast, 2 c. hot tea
L. 1/2 c. Broccoli Cheese soup (Cottage Cafe in Middletown)
D. 2-3 oz. Chicken & Rice
Snax 1 fudgesicle, 40 cal., 1 Yoplait Key Lime Whipped Yogurt, 140 cal., but satisfying

Yes I did 45 minutes of Hip Hop Abs. Today I will be on the treadmill. I hate to say it but the more u do the easier it is to do it. Starting to once again see some body changes which is encouraging. Sometimes we have to take a step back and survey the area. The eyes need to see what the scale doesn't show. Here's what I ate yesterday, now what about u?

Jeanie I know about that movie popcorn. When we go to the movies its a wash for that day. You did well, I eat the whole large bag and then go back for seconds with butter. I know it is horrible but I try not to eat anything else on movie day. Usually I don't succeed but I try. As you said, then get ready for the new day. While on the cruise I will not beat myself but upon return it will be total detox.

First of all, let me say "Bravo!" Ms.Z for a job well done when eating out Chinese- sounds like you did very well. As for me... yesterday was not a great day food wise. Good start with my Egg, Cheese & 1/2 piece WW toast & L. was OK with my 3-4 oz. chicken & rice, mostly chicken. But I felt kind of blah most of the day. Along with hubby, we took granddaughters to see "Gnomeo & Juliet" and I sat there & ate too much popcorn. Then when it was time for dinner, I ate 1/2 slice of sausage & onion pizza. Got in most of my liquids which was good. Just one of those days that, food-wise & emotions-wise, I do not care to repeat. Had a great time with the girls, enjoyed the movie but ready for a new day. And here it is. Off to the mall to walk as soon as hubby gets back to house. Hope everyone has a LOVELY day!
Good Morning KY - Yesterday was such a good day. Hope all took advantage of the weather by lifting our feet to do a little walking or just lowering our forks by doing a little less eating if that's where we are falling short. However it was a great day for me and hopefully u too. My greatest accomplishment was going to a Chinese resturant w/o eating ANYTHING not in my plan. I ate 2 skinned sections of a chicken wing, picked some of the beef from the beef and brocoli, picked some chicken from another dish and a little bit of bbq pork w/o the sauce. I don't have a clue what the calories are so they are not included in my intake. Only drank the broth from the hot and sour soup. These were major feats for me. Regarding what I could track it is as follows:
