Thanks so much..I hope your friend joins us soon..I love to meet others who have surgery dates near mine..it just helps you to realize that someone else is with you when you feel like you are lost  out at sea..lol...

Glad to hear u are feeling stronger.  Yeah I too have finished my dark chocolate covered raisins.  I should be safe because the ones I like are only sold at the Amish store and I won't been going in that direction again this month. 
Hope the scale goes down tomorrow.  I only weigh on Friday.

Hey there, Mama!  Well, it sounds like your WLS is soon to be a reality and you'll be on your way!  Looks like you've done your research and are ready to go.  Stay in touch- I know of a new bandster who had her surgery last week. Hope she'll be on here posting soon.  She's already had a little struggle staying hydrated but hopefully is now on the right track.  We'll be lookin' for ya here on OH, Marge!

 Feeling stronger, eating better: B. 1 egg, over light, 1 slice Amer. cheese, L. Frisch's slad bar- 1/2 c. bean soup, mostly broth, a little egg, cheese, sunflower seeds,& peas, 1/2 sm. muffin, D. 1/2 c. chicken noodle soup, 1 6oz. yogurt.  OK I ate 2 small chocolate cookies today, but now they are gone! Slowly but SURELY approaching "normal"!  Have a good one, Ms. Z & anyone else out there!

Topic: Last minute questions
I see my surgeon for the last time tomorrow before surgery...I am just wondering if I seem to be forgetting to ask him some questions?...I have been a lurker on here for forever..LOL..and I ahve researched and researched and researched some more...I have collected so much paperwork from my nut that I have to put it in a binder....I feel like I should be nervous or scared or something...but Im not...I fear there must be something wrong with me....LOL...Maybe it will hit me on the morning of surgery...

Hope all are well and working with their weightloss tool.  I'm proud of staying on track with my exercise routine, water and vitamins, however not so happy with my caloric intake and choices.
Today being hump day and also being my 37th wedding anniversary I am focusing on juggling all aspects of my life in a positive way. 
Today I will get in my 70gms of protein, 30 minutes exercise, 64 - 80 ozs. of water, taking vitamins and while remaining under 1,000 calories.
