Topic: 5 year aniversary
It's been 5 years as of yesterday!. I am still very happy that I had the surgery. I have kept off 100lbs of the 160 I lost. It feels great to look at my weight and only want to lose 40LBS. That is so doable. No longer do I feel hopeless and a total failure. I just feel NORMAL

Yes the 500.00 is the Program fee...it covers everything the insurance does not.

Don't lose too much weight cause you can get under a certain BMI and they won't do a WLS.

WE are getting new insurance at work: Bluegrass Family Health !
Does anyone know anything about it? Does it have a Biariatric plan? I met yesterday with a company rep. at work but of course they didn't know anything about it, pretty much all they knew is how much it cost and how to fill out the paper work! I got the best plan that my work offered but just wondering if anyone has or had it? Any help would be great!

I travel quite a bit for work at the moment, so not sure how often I'll be in town on the 4th Thursday of any given month, but I'm going to see if I can make one of those. I've fallen a bit off track myself lately (coming up on my 5yr surgiversary) and would like to take another crack at goal (about 35lbs away).
