You might check with Dr. Houston in Nashville, Tn. I know he does DS not sure about revision. He is at the Centennial Center for Treatmen of Obesity.

Thanks ladies.
It was a bittersweet moment.
He is going with me initially but not sure what the long term plans will be. He is looking at the Tulsa welding school in Jacksonville, FL as an option....of course I am hoping he will chose something close to me.....but who knows!
