i am on the take over team that rolls out monday. i am 2nd floor outer core tyrone/rayolas team. we dont rotate out on the take over team...we just take supervisor calls all day.

i had lapband on july 13. my last dr visit was november and at that visit i was down 50 lbs. i dont know what i am down now. i am going to a support meeting tuesday to weigh. i had a horrible holiday time and i did no****ch the quality of what i was eating. it is a new year and i plan on losing 50 by may 16, my bday. dr norwood did my surgery.....it was either him or dr jones and jones doesnt do lapband....lol.

i didn't receive the letter..but i haven't gotten any farther on my investigation. but my hopes are up...and since i haven't gone through the nutrition class yet..and i wasn't scheduled. i wasn't as disappointed. however...if i don't hear from the the nutritionist soon....i will be a mite disappointed. i want to be in the next class however virtual it may be. i'm ready for march. ready for the sunshine and the warmth and flowers and a new beginning. wish i had known you guys were around on the sixth.

btw...dr. nick's retro ray bans are awesome. i'm just saying. however...he strikes me as well...i won't say it...cause i fear it may be viewed as a snipe...but...he's gorgeous...attentive....sensitive...a great psychiatrist...draw your own conclusions. but i look forward to my second visit with him whenever that may be. he's been more helpful to me than the other psychiatrist i saw here after my mom passed in '08.

thanks, it's been a wonderful experience meeting my father, last night we went to see Harvey Jesus and Fire play in slidell, i had a blast and danced the night away. my pants were falling off me due to my 10.7 pound weight loss. lol maybe if i keep hanging out with him, i can dance my ass off. lol i love that show!
