Thank you Dr. C, and I wish more banding surgeons were like you, with your "gradual changes" holistic approach. So many are in such a hurry for impressive stats which makes them forget about the long-term. Banding is such a unique treatment method for the American sensibility, totally against the grain of the instant-gratification mentality of our culture including much of medicine and it's a truly rare thing to find surgeons *****adily embrace this "counter-culture" form of treatment with real understanding.
