Oh, Nancy rocks HARD. I enjoy her posts; I like her commonsense, plain-spoken style, and I respect her knowledge. And mostly, I appreciate the time she takes on this forum and others, spreading the word and helping more people than she probably knows. I've learned a lot from Dr. Nancy, and I second all nominations.
