Amazing what 19.7lbs does

It sure is amazing what losing 19.7lbs does.  I posted a before and recent pic on my avatar, only because I couldnt get it to add on to my signature. My best friend said your ass and your head shrunk!!Not gonna post a pic of the ass-not yet anyway-LOL Robyn

Thanks Arianna Slow process but I guess if you think about it- lets round it off to 20lbs in 2 months..... the say average is 4-8lbs a month so that means normally 8-16lbs.  I got almost 20-  so I guess really it isnt a slow process but just a steady one?  LOL  Rambling I know sorry.... Robyn
