Just curious if the scales go up a pound or so during your TOM. I really don't have a TOM because I have had a partial hysterectomy (still have ovaries) but I still get the bloating, breaking out, mood swings, etc. I weighed this morning and I was up a pound! But then as I was putting my make up on I noticed a few bumps so I figure its just bloating. Please let me know if you go through this fluctuation during your TOM. I almost got very frustrated this morning!!! UUUGGGHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Consider yourself lucky if its only a pound or so. My "or so" is around 4 lbs. Don't be surprised is you find that you have extra restriction too. I can barely get anything down around TOM time. But, on the up side after all is said and done I usually drop extra weight afterwards. GL!

I have the same exact premenstrual problems as FooFoo. I gain b/t 2-5#s of water weight. I try to avoid anything salty and drink plenty of fluids to flush out the retained water. I ,too, get sooooo tight I can barely eat. Which is sometimes a blessing. Helps me to slow down, chew thoroughly, eat only soft of liquid foods. Then after my TOM is finished I get a nice little reward of a 5# drop. Stick in there my dear, they don't call it "the curse" for nothing! LOL

I'm the same as the other two. It's usually about 4-5 pounds I gain during that time. Hard to get anything but liquids and mushies through.

A pound... I WISH!!!! OMG... I swear mine goes up almost 7 pounds each time! I look & feel like a large bloated freak. But as soon as it passes, I lose it all in a day. Weird huh?
