I have no CLOTHES!!!

Well, I've finally hit my half way mark!!!  A couple of months ago I cleaned out my closets and got rid of alot of old clothes that had gotten too big.  I still had alot that I couldn't get into, so back into the closet they went with the excitement of knowing SOON I could fit them again.  Yesterday was the day.  I took everything out again and started trying them on.  To my bewilderment...they didn't fit.  They weren't still too small....everything was too BIG!  Everything.  This is good news....it's GREAT news.  But now I have absolutely NOTHING that fits me anymore.  And when I say nothing, I mean not one single thing!  Even the pair of size 18 jeans that I was so excited about buying a couple of weeks ago are now too big.  If only I could afford to buy new clothes.  I guess it's time to looking to the clothing exchange and a trip to GOODWILL.  Even though I knew that clothing would be an issue as the weight came off I never really fathomed the idea that the smallest item in my closet would one day be too big.  I LOVE MY BAND!!!

Wow !  I can't wait till I can say the smallest thing in my closet is too big !   !   And just think you are half way to your goal ! !   Keep up the great job.

I really wish there was some sort of clothing exchange near me.  I've been "making do" with a lot of my too big clothes but i need to be dressed smartly at work and have had to clear out lots of my work clothes. My mum was visiting this weekend and bought me a few items that should help out.  And the thing is i've only lost 45lbs Congrats on the great loss, keep up the good work

That is so awesome!!! I'm sorry you have nothing to wear, but you have to admit, that's a great problem to have!!! lol. Do you have any friends your size that could lend you a few things?

Oh I can't wait to get to the size of some of my friends!!  Raiding your girlfriend's closest for a cute outfit is something I've never had the privilege to do!!!

I so know how you feel.  There isn't a thing in my closet that fits.  I'm a nurse and the drawstring in my scrub pants only tightens so much.  My friends kept teasing me about my baggy backside. I finally broke down and bought so ones a few weeks ago and now they are getting to big...

I know what you mean.  I'm only down 23 pounds and my clothes are all to big or to small.  I am doing the "Goodwill" thing until I get closer to goal.  I don't want to go out and spend a lot of money on clothes that I will not be able to wear for long (hopefully)!! I will shop clearance until then:)

I'm in the same boat. Once I got to about 220-210lbs - every 5-10lbs makes me go down at least a size. I can't keep up!  Luckily I work from home so I've been able to get by with very little. I'm still wearing some of my ridiculously large tops and sweats for around the house. My boyfriend pulls my jeans down all the time - he thinks it's funny they come down without being un-buttoned/zipped. I just spent about $200 on some cheap clothes from Target for the summer. Even though I'm getting closer to goal, I don't want to buy a whole new wardrobe because with PS I know I'm going to need all new sizes again. It's a frustrating but nice problem to have
