Protein during clear liquid stage

How did everyone get their protein during the clear liquid stage?

I was allowed protein shakes on clear liquid.  I use Isopure vanilla, crystal lite (orange) and water. 

You can get isopure drinks from GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, or some walmarts even carry them in the sporting goods section and with the other weight loss and fitness stuff like pills and energy bars.

I got the tube kind from GNC. Luckily I was only on clear for the day of and the day after surgery. Those things are gross!! 

I mixed protein powder with chicken broth and had protein shakes.  It was the only way I even got close to the amount of protein I needed.

Frankly, I did not worry too much about it at that point but I had protein soups and the like.

well, Im not banded yet, but I have gone out and bought:

Isopure punch
Special K Protien Water
Atkins Shakes in various flavors

for protien. The Special K does have lots of carbs though, but I only bought a couple bottles and only for the first week during healing.
