My goal for today is to NOT go to Sonic and get a reeces blast, they have been my weakness lately. I'm gonna just say no!

Starting today, no carbs. I don't have great restriction so I've been eating a lot of things I shouldn't. So I'm cutting out bread, sugar, pasta, etc. This is tough for me so it really is a one day at a time process.

 Includes 18 lbs pre-op
 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!

* Eat well all day (not counting cals, I'm on liquids, I know I'll be a good bit under.... I just had a fill yesterday).
* Get on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes, and jog for at least a couple of those minutes.
* Get my house ready for tomorrow's cookout

Happy Birthday!

Today my goal is also to quit with the night time snacking and to MEASURE my food. Im not measuring...just eating a small portion. I know this is bad...but at least I actually have a nice digital scale right on the counter.

Kaytie....OH, I cant wait for COOKOUTS! LOL I enjoy throwing them over the summer. Still too cold here, but Im planning a nice spring one to break in the grill for Memorial Day. **YAY** I love playijng hostess! LOL

My goal for today is EXERCISE!!!

I am trying to decide between swimming and walk/run.  My dog would enjoy me more if I choose the later, but I just don't know!
