Just for today...What is your goal?!
My goal for today is to hit the gym twice. I already have the first visit down. 90 minutes this morning. 30 on the treadmill, 30 on the elliptical and 30 on Nautilus equipment. Now I just need to hit the gym again this afternoon for another 30 on the elliptical and 30 on the Nautilus.
