Don't be so hard on yourself.
Maybe you just need to go get another fill. I hear you have to stay on top of the fills until you get a good restriction so that you will see the weight come off. Keep your head up!!!

You are right on track, but with that said you sound kind of mad at yourself. Why do you think you aren't losing as fast as you think you should be?
First of all, don't be embarrassed to see your doctor. You are paying him for his advice and encouragement, so that's what you need to use him for. You are paying him! Remember that!
Secondly, are you following the band rules? If you want some help you're going to have to give us more information. Are you tracking your food? Are you exercising? How many calories are you eating each day? Are you drinking 64 oz of water? Are you eating 60-80 grams of protein and cutting back on carbs?
The band is a great tool that helps you eat less of what you are putting in your mouth. That's it. You have to be willing to make the lifestyle adjustments and make good choices about what you eat.
It's very possible that you are doing all of this and still feel you are losing too slowly, but you didn't gain the weight overnight, don't expect to lose it that way.
So that's the tough talk! I really do understand your frustration and sympathize with you! It's not easy! We have all been where you are, frustrated and a little mad, but you can do this! We're here to help you if you want us to!

Don't give up! Your doing good and are right on track. If you haven't had gotten restriction, your band hasn't even started working for you yet. I know how your feeling, I get depressed with a 1 pound lost a week. I keep reminding myself I'm just dieting now and am looking forward to the band kicking in.
Don't give up! I had my surgery on Jan 27th and have only lost 14lbs. But I have lost five inches in my waist. I went from a 54 inch waist to a 49inch waist. Sometime you see it in the inches first. Remember if you are working out that muscle weighs more than fat but building muscle will help you burn fat. I just got my 3rd fill. I am at 7cc in a Realize band and I have restriction now. You will do this.
