Best word of advice I can give is to just hang in there.  Do what you can to follow the rules.  One thing I learned in my journey (through First Place 4 Health Bible Study) is to always do the "next right thing".  Put what you just did behind you and do the next right thing.  Take each day at a time.  Realize that it takes awhile to get restricion and just because we can eat it doesn't mean we should.  Of course that is easier said then done.  Due to a set back last December I have not had decent restriction since.  I've continued to lose but it is definitely more of a struggle and I look forward to getting back to good restriction.  Good luck in your journey...it'll be worth it!!!

You look great Angie, and yes the lapband does work and its also a forgiving band when one strays from the routine but you can always get back on track as the band is for life

Wow, your progress is outstanding.

You know, you are very pretty lady and your avatar is bit, well, fuzzy.  You should think about replacing your avatar with the headshot, although you probably would have to resize it.

That is just what I was thinking.  Very pretty and you need to use that head shot as a new avatar.
