Restriction, but scale not moving..need advice please!
Hi there! Sounds like you need a fill to me. My Nut & surgeon both insisted to never eat more than a cup in a meal to avoid stretching out my pouch too much. They also want me to be full for 4-5 hours after that cup. Lastly I should be losing an average of 1-2 lbs/wk, as I look back at the total time since the last fill. Those are my guidelines to help me decide if I need a fill.
here's my average day:
early: cup of coffee with Max Protein powder mixed in
11am: 2 eggs with salsa &/or a lil cheese on top
2:30: 2-3 slices of deli ham wrapped around 1/2 a string cheese & mustard to dip in
6:30: 1 apple, sliced & peeled with 2 T of peanut butter
9:00: 3 oz fish or chicken & some veggies ( I eat so late because my hubbie doesn't get home till 8:30 & we don't go to bed till midnight! lol)
I'm getting a fill tomorrow, because the amounts isn't keeping me full for the time the Dr says.
