I am totally realistic and don't want to set myself up to fail......I have lost 1 pound a week for the past 70 weeks - so......put me down for 10 pounds - ( plus the usual 5 I gain at Halloween) !!!

On Sept 17, I get me my beloved band
No longer will I have my head in the sand
Since I need to lose a lot of weight
I will start by increasing my gait
So let us look and see what is in store
A goal of 25 lbs or more.
