You look awesome!  I can totally see the difference.  Just wait till you hit the 50 lb mark.  That's when people really started to comment.

Keep up the good work!

O Lisa O.....you said the majic word!!!!  You said the "50 lb mark"....I'm am so desperately trying to make it there.  It's only 15 lbs, I would like for you to help me develop a realistic time frame to lose 15 lbs and maybe some special support time from you on my PM to really coach me along on what to eat, when to eat, how to prepare it and how to overcome the demons.  I would love some alone time with you to just chat about your year and how you really did it, including all of the highes and the lowes.

Think you are up to such a challenge with one of your true admires???

I'd love to discuss ,menu items with you that you feel like those dishes were some of the ones who made you the most successful.....

So there's you a challenge....to try to teach me to be more like you!!!

Please

Sure, I'll help you, but where did you get the impression that I can cook?!  Yikes!  If it weren't for Costco and Trader Joe's I'd probably starve now that I don't do fast food!

Anyway, I'll be glad to share with you anything about my program that you think would help.  Do you want to PM me one or two questions a day?

First I'd just ask that you read my entire blog.  So much of my meals and such are already there.  If you haven't read it already that is.

Let's start tomorrow.  I'll answer anything you ask and I'll be honest.  (You already know that!)

P.S.  I just joined today the Halloween Hotties Challenge that Mandy started.  Find the thread and join up.  Put 15 lbs as your goal.  That's realistic for 6 weeks if you really work it!

Thanks, I appreciate it.  I will PM you later today.

I already joined the Halloween Hotties challenge.  I think I did 20 lbs, but I'll be glad to revise it to 15.

The fact that you don't cook makes it even better for me!!!!  Because although I can cook, I hate to cook.  I have not read your blog, so I will do that and then send you questions.

Thanks again!!!!
