So, this morning I wore a new shirt that I bought yesterday. My 7 year old daughter took a picture of me in it. The first picture was me, minus my head, haha..the next one is below. I haven't really taken a picture since July so when I downloaded it & looked at it, I realized that I'm doing really well.

It's so easy to get discouraged when the scale stops moving. But these pictures really put things in perspective for me!

So, I'm sharing with you. :) I am 11 months since surgery & I've lost 72 pounds. I was a size 22/24 when I started & I'm now comfortably wearing a size 14. When I started this, I said I'd be happy to be in a 16! I'm almost done. However, even at a size 14, I find it hard to believe that it's so hard to shop & the issues that I had 72 pounds ago have just morphed into other issues. But I'm getting there anyway.

I do know that this works if you work it. And you can't beat that! I love my band. :)

Renae, you look fantastic! You ough to be proud of yourself. I honestly cannot even imagine myself looking like that. At this time, my weight have stalled and I am not loosing anything. I am hungry all the time and it is becoming almost inpossible to hold this hunger. I know I have been overeating even when I have not stop at a butger joiont place yet. But I am overaeting what is has been precribed for my diet. I cannot get to sleep because I am so hungry. Then I have been able to walk because of my knee in which I had surgery less than a year ago and it has gotten so bad that now the doctor say I will have to have knee replacement. But anyways, you look fantastic. Keep it up! Congratulations!
