Hello & Happy Labor Day! 
I hope everyone is enjoying the extended holiday weekend, unless you are fortunate enough like me to have to work. At least we still have jobs & more than likely get holiday pay, which is nice.

So how has this last week been for everyone?  I did OK, I lost 1 pound so that puts me at 300 pounds.  I was hoping to get under 300, but oh well.  May I should wait & weigh myself again later...LOL.  I am starting another challenge and will post the info after I finish this one.  I was planning on doing it from Labor Day until the Monday after Thanksgiving, but will maybe make it a little shorter, then do another one through the Holidays.

Anyways, send me your info & let me know if your interested in doing another challenge. I have to apologize again for slacking with the posts the past 2 weeks.  I started back to school, making 2 incompletes up and had to just about do flips to get my tech id re-activated and all that fun stuff. Anyways, I have been a good girl and studying 2-3 hours everyday.

Hi Kristy,
I am at 200 lbs exactly, while I didn't make my challenge goal, it was the first one I ever participated in and I'm happy with the 11 that I have lost.  I exercised about 300 mins. this week.  I joined a Zumba class two nights a week and we just got home from a waterpark for the weekend where I did a ton of climbing steps!!

Thanks again for doing this for everyone, especially with your busy schedule!!

You did a great job!  Soon you will be in onederland, that is awesome.  I have heard of Zumba, how do you like it?  Is it very physical?

Got you down for the next challenge.  What is your exercise goal for the first week?  I too will hopefully do better, all we can do is try!

I am at 216 lbs  and my total loss for the challenge  is 32 lbs. I worked out 310 min. Thanks again for this challenge .I think it helped my allot with my weight loss

You did great and I believe that you surpassed your goal, that's awesome!  After I get these results I will post the final results.  I just realized that I have not posted the results from the last 2 weeks.  I am so sorry!  I have slacked and feel ashamed, some challenge leader hu?!

I am just finishing up th elabor day challenge...and I am looking for another one to join.  I love the accountability.  Please sign me up for your chanege.  I am at 226 pounds.  I am shooting for a 20 pound weight lost
