Thanks my current weight is 212 and I want to be in "onederland" by October 1st so that is 12,5/13 pound weight loss by the end of the month.   Do you need to indicate the amount of exercises in minutes that you plan to accomplish each week?  If so I would like to do an hour a day/5 days a week so that would equate to 300 minutes a week. so far this week I hav worked out 120 hours (Monday and Tuesday.

Am I on the right track????

I'm not sure what my beginning weight was, but I did meet my mini-goal of being under 200.  As of Sat, I was at 198!!  So I'm definently in for the next challenge, it helped me so much!  I'd say my exercise was at 180 mins this week.

I went for my fill this week, and strangely enough, I am still not at restriction with 10.5 in a 11 cc band.  He said if this was still the case, we would do whatever it's called to make sure it hasn't slipped.  Otherwise, he said that it may be that I may require MORE than the manufacturer's recommended 11cc.  So I don't know what to think or what to expect.  Very strange.  I'm bumming that my band is up to something.  I'm hopeful that it will all be alright.

Thanks for leading us through the fight!

That is strange.  I don't mean this to sound rude, but are you sure you don't have a 14cc band?  Hopefully nothing is wrong.  I have heard of some people with 8.75cc in a 10cc band. I have a 10cc band and have 7.25cc in it and can barely eat much!  But then everyone's body is different.  I wish you luck!  You did great for someone without restriction!
