Well to be honest I dont like to waste money. I have to buy clothing quite consistantly. Hmm an all you can eat buffet means all you can eat? I don't get your point.
What is your point?
I think you are being obtuse and you do get my point.
But... I'll play.
If a buffet says all you can eat for $10.00, if all you can eat is 3oz then that is all you can eat. Why do you want a discount? The costs are quite clear.
I agree...we shouldn't expect a discount. It's like a visually impaired person going to a movie theatre and saying that they may not be able to see the screen quite as clearly as others, therefore they deserve a discout!! And NOOOOOOOOO, this is not offensive towards differently abled people- it's reality! Or if a hard of hearing person goes to a concert and expects a discount because they may not hear it as clearly. I am a special education teacher, and have used all of the PC terms, I am not making fun, I am making a valid point!! We all have differences and sometimes, we can't always expect to be accomodated. That's like saying if an extremely large person goes to a buffet, they should pay more that an extremely small person.
Midwestern Girl... why are you being so rude and argumentative? No one comes to this board to read this type of stuff. The point is made, some people think they should get a discount and others do not.
If it is all you can eat-flat fee, then why would there be child discounts? Because generally, small children eat less. This is why a WLS patient may expect to get a discount. Is it the rule? NO. $10 is a lot to pay for 1/2 cup of poor quality food, period. Will we continue to have to pay this, yes maybe. Are people happy about it, NO. Will Chinese Buffets go out of business either way because of some WLS'ers, NO.
Enough said.

I have noticed that someone inferred Cynthia is not cute. Yet... not a word from you.
Hypocrite. You can not expect to be taken seriously and you know that, right?
