I Love OIKOS greek yogurt. I buy the vanilla and add a splenda to sweeten it up alittle. I also make my protein shake with it instead of lowfat milk. Walmart carries it. Cal. 80, Fat 0, Sat. fat 0, Trans fat 0, Sodium 45, Carbs 9, Sugars 8, Protein 11.

If you have a Trader Joe's by you, their own brand non-fat Greek yogurt in the 6 oz container is wonderful! They have 3 flavors; honey, pomegranate and blueberry and they are about $1.09 each.

I eat one every morning for breakfast with 1/4 cup homemade granola mixed in.

I am in love with greek yogurt. I don't even miss the "american style" anymore. I will not buy the flavored kind though. It has added carbs/sugar and I'd rather blend it myself. I've been mixing it with sugar free pudding mix (cheesecake flavor) and using it for fruit dip. Today, I mixed in some agave nectar and mandarin oranges and oh man it was good!

I haven't really been picky about brands. I think Fage seems to be more nutritious though.

I still haven't found any where local that sells Greek yogurt. I am dying to give it a try but even if I snag some up out of town at a Trader Joes I suppose it would just be a teaser if I can't keep it around regular. Does anyone know if Ralph's or Von's sellit? I dont usually shop there but at least they are local so I could run in for it.

I love the oziko greek yogurt I find at Whole Foods (they have a 1.00 off coupon until Dec 31, 2009) and I love the strawberry flavor.  I have it for my mid morning snack.

246 in Dec 2008 before banded 1/28/09 at 215 lbs, band crapped 9/09 at 170 lbs and struggled with it and regained to 203 revised to bypass on 8/1/11 and am very happy.

I have looked everywhere and can only find it as "Meditteranean Yogurt". Very tasty, but high in calories. Since my fill I am having trouble with all yogurt now. I am making a NO NO list, but I don't want to put yogurt on it. Does anyone else have stuck episodes with yogurt? I can eat chicken breast, but not yogurt!

I like Chobani, I get about 15g protein with each serving. I tried the Oikos and about puked, it was disgusting to me...I gagged it down 2 times and threw the rest out.

I haven't seen Fage yet, but I will check out the Kroger's Carbmaster.  As a rule I only like Yoplait Lite yogurt but quit eating it because the Greek has more protein and as a rule I hate Kroger's brand yogurt, it's so sour and just ewwww lol
