What Are We Eating This Monday?
Just a reminder - my band was taken out a few weeks ago :-( I miss it and am having a very difficult time now that I can actually eat like I used to and have hunger again! Was thinking here would help keep me accountable!
B: Kind Bar (the almond, apricot, yogurt flavor) and some fruit smoothie (300 calories)
L: 2 sushi rolls (spicy tuna, avocado with brown rice) and a miso soup (600 calories)
I missed sushi more than anything when I was banded - and only ordered one roll but they forgot the avocado so gave me another one for free...I let the sushi get the best of me - and 250 calories extra!
S: Protein Bar (200 calories)
D: Chicken Soup with a tomato base and an arugula salad (500 calories)
I forgot how difficult "dieting" was - but I am determined not to gain any weight!!! I will do 3 miles running on the treadmill and an hour zumba class!
Trying to keep next calories to around 1200!
