D: Hummus (probably out of a bowl with a spoon, sad) or omelette

I made some bad choices today. I am posting because I am being honest and accountable. I am still doing ok calorie wise. I am sick... went to Dr. at 2pm, have a sinus infection. Feeling ****ty!!!

B: McSkillet burrito from McDonalds without sausage and with about half of the tortilla removed. (400 ish cals)
S: No snack, and I was starving...
L: Small cup of chilli from Wendy's (220 cals)
S: Peanut Buster Parfait from DQ (730 cals) YIKES!
D: No clue.... but no more fast food!
