S - cottage cheese or string cheese
D - Chicken w/black beans

Experienced a leak in my port, and had no restriction for over 9 months. Had leak repair surgery on 1/31/11 and am back on my journey again! :)

L - Tomato Soup + Cottage Cheese
S - Fiberone bar
D - Chicken soup

W - 90 minutes with trainer

I miss my band :-(

Early: Couple of sips of coffee it was yucky

Breakfast: 1 cup of cheerios/skim milk/banana

Lunch: Qudoba w/co workers

Dinner: STILL HAVE Taco Meat so I'm going to try to use that up tonight Reheated with some spinach and tomatoes.

Snack: Plum

I have been away for a while (had a baby in Jan) so I stopped coming to this site because I was unfilled and was able to eat way too much, so I just stayed a way.  But it is time that I come back and this is my first stop for accountability!  I am on my way back to having restriction so I am beginning to eat less, but can still eat more that I need to. Oh, and Nikki, you look GREAT!!!

B- coffee and fiber one bar
L- LF cheese stick and some carrots
snack- LF yogurt
D- grilled tuna steak and steamed broccoli
S- maybe a WW fudge bar
