All my water weight is officially gone but I' gonna stay on the egg white omelette 3 times a day for another couple of days.

So..

B: Small bowl of raisan bran with granola and a cut up banana
S: small apple
L: Leaf lettuce, turkey meat, cheese salad with lite caesar dressing, FF Activia yogurt, 1 serv of Cheezits
D: Small piece of lasagna, 1 slice garlic toast

Exercise: 35 minutes treadmill (1.25 miles)

Lowest Post-op wt: 145 (Jul 12)

Removal wt: 185 (Feb 19)

This whole weekend was bad for me too.  Our kids had their final competitions & won big time, so we celebrated.  I had wine, restaurant meals & bites of cheesecake.  So back on track for me.  I'm starting an exercise program today, so I hope that helps.

B:  protein coffee
L:  lunchmeat with mustard & string cheese stick
S:  hummus on cucumber chips
D: baked chicken with veg

The weekend sucked for me too! I was in the Outer Banks and because we stayed in a hotel, had to eat out Lunch and Dinner! (Hampton Inn has free breakfast)

Plus you know how vacation eating goes....had pizza, ribs...oh man even some fudge....tsk tsk tsk

Baby Gracie loved it though...she spent the whole weekend sleeping in tummy fullness bliss

 B:  1/2 slimfast shake
S:  sipped on an iced coffee
L:  inside turkey sub - turkey, pickles, tomato and roasted red peppers
S:  2 tsp yogurt (Oikos)
D:  1 boneless country style rib, peas

S:  maybe some 1/2 fat ice cream

I am 7 weeks out of surgery with one fill on my Lap Band to date.  And, I am a guy, so I eat kinda wierd.....

Early:  2 cups black coffee, followed by 1/2 hour Wii Fit+ exercises
B:  1 cup no-fat cottage cheese and 1/2 avacado, all topped with low fat Italian dressing, vitamins/OJ
L:  4 oz. Low fat turkey wraps with Dijon Mustard, no bread
S:  1" cube of Jalapeno low fat cheese, 1 cup green tea
D:  5 oz. Tuscan Soy Chicken breast in tomato and basil sauce, covered in mushrooms, along with 1 cup of Green giant Broccoli, Snap Peas, & Pasta in Garlic sauce
S:  2 Sunsweet Prunes, 1/2 cup non sweet apple sauce
