D: Small piece of lasagna, 1 slice garlic toast
Exercise: 35 minutes treadmill (1.25 miles)

The weekend sucked for me too! I was in the Outer Banks and because we stayed in a hotel, had to eat out Lunch and Dinner! (Hampton Inn has free breakfast)
Plus you know how vacation eating goes....had pizza, ribs...oh man even some fudge....tsk tsk tsk
Baby Gracie loved it though...she spent the whole weekend sleeping in tummy fullness bliss

D: 5 oz. Tuscan Soy Chicken breast in tomato and basil sauce, covered in mushrooms, along with 1 cup of Green giant Broccoli, Snap Peas, & Pasta in Garlic sauce
S: 2 Sunsweet Prunes, 1/2 cup non sweet apple sauce
