What Are We Eating This Monday?

B: Granola Raisin Bran w/skim milk
S:Sm apple, one serving of cheezits, cheese stick (i am hungry this morning!)
L: Salad with homemade ranch (hidden valley powder mixed with skim milk and light mayo), FF activia yogurt
D: Tortellini, broccoli and tomato with a basil/chive cream sauce
W: Treadmill (1/2 hour) hopefully 1.5 miles today
Pre-Op wt : 210 (Nov 08)
Lowest Post-op wt: 145 (Jul 12)
Removal wt: 185 (Feb 19)
We had one of them big ones when I was younger and they are a GREAT workout. I remember getting on one a couple years back before I lost weight and thought I was gonna die after like 2 minutes. I'll be much more prepared next time I am around one. :)

I gained two pounds over the weekend so gotta get back on track!!!

I normally just do turkey, lettuce, light cheese and some tomato and I add a squirt of light mayo. Avocado is a great idea though, I might just try that myself. Sorry I don't have some more amazing suggestion. :)

Snacks: already had 3 Nilla wafers at work..........had to walk away from the box!!! The rest of the day I will probably have a cheese stick or a yogurt or laughing cow cheese spread on a thin slice of deli meat
