L: Tuna or Salmon Salad
S: Lemon Yogurt (if needed)
D: Chicken, mushroom,squash, onion,& brussel sprout shisk-ka-bobs off the grill ( Yummy!)

W:  Can't get the motivation to start working out again!

Hello all,

Today is a good day so far.  I think my band is back to some 'normalcy' again.  It felt a little snug for awhile which was odd but I seem back to normal now.  Finicky band...

B - peanut butter and honey on a whole wheat tortilla (ate about 3/4)
L - turkey and roast beef sandwhich meat with string cheese and fruit
S - rice krisy bar - didn't eat it yesterday so maybe today...
D - veggie salad with chicken
S - WW ice cream bar, if needed
W - Body Step and Body Pump Classes

Breakfast: Apples w/ 1 tablespoon of PB

Lunch: Homemade spagetti w/ mandrian oranges

Dinner: Chicken Breast with some asparagus

no gym today .. I have a few errands to run.. heading to Ross & Joann - getting things together for my trip plus I need to do some laundry and start packing YAY!

Tomorrow: Weigh in WW
